Craftman Concrete is the trade name of Mecham Decorative Concrete LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company located at 3630 Trousdale Dr. STE K, Nashville, TN 37204. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Mecham Decorative Concrete LLC. This policy covers craftmanconcrete.com and the forms, calendars, and chat tools we use on it.
What we collect
We only ask for what we need to talk with you about a project and to do the work.
- Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, project address, and whatever you tell us about the project — the space, the surface, photographs you send, timing, and design preferences.
- Appointment information. When you book a consultation, the date and time you select and any notes you add to the booking.
- Messages. Texts, emails, and chat conversations between you and us, kept so we have an accurate record of what was discussed and agreed.
- Website activity. Pages viewed, how you arrived, general location at the city level, browser and device type, and similar analytics collected through cookies and comparable technologies.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm appointments, prepare estimates and proposals, perform and warranty the work, send invoices and receive payment, keep our records, and meet legal and tax obligations. We also use website analytics to understand which pages and advertisements bring us the kind of projects we do well, so we spend less money interrupting people who are not looking for us.
Text messages
When you give us your mobile number — on a form, on the booking calendar, in chat, or by texting us first — you agree that we may send you text messages about your project and your appointments. That includes booking confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, questions from the crew, and replies to messages you send us.
Marketing texts are separate. We will only send those if you check the optional box asking for them, and you can stop them without affecting anything else.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help. You can also call us at 615-970-7090 or email lmecham@craftmanconcrete.com and ask us to stop. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who else touches your information
We use outside services to run the business, and they see only what they need to do their part:
- HighLevel hosts our contact records, booking calendar, chat widget, and text and email messaging.
- Google provides analytics and advertising measurement through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads, and hosts our business email and files.
- Payment processors, our accountant, and our insurance carrier receive the information needed to bill you, keep the books, and maintain coverage.
- Subcontracted crews and suppliers receive the project address and scope details required to perform the work.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Cookies and advertising
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies through Google Tag Manager to measure traffic and to understand which advertisements lead to consultations. Some of these allow Google to show our advertising to people who have visited the site. You can turn off personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not prevent you from using the site or booking an appointment.
Photographs of completed work
We photograph our projects. We use those photographs on this website, in proposals, and in advertising, and we do not publish client names, street addresses, or any interior detail that identifies a home without permission. If your project has been photographed and you would prefer it not appear anywhere public, tell us and we will remove it.
How long we keep it
We keep project records, contracts, and financial records for as long as the warranty runs and as long as tax and legal requirements demand — generally seven years. Inquiries that never became projects are kept for up to three years, and then removed.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete information we are not required to keep, or stop contacting you. Write to lmecham@craftmanconcrete.com or call 615-970-7090 and we will take care of it. We do not charge for this and we will not make it difficult.
Security
Your information is held in access-controlled accounts with the services named above. No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise. We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, and we do not store card numbers ourselves.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on their property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting how we message you will be sent to you directly.
