By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this site is
This site describes the finishes we install and the way we work. It is information, not an offer to contract. Nothing on it — including any range, timeline, or description of a finish — is a quotation or a commitment to perform work at a particular price.
Consultations, estimates, and proposals
Booking a consultation through this site reserves a time for us to look at your project. It does not obligate either of us to anything further, and there is no charge for it.
Any figure discussed on the phone or during a site visit is a preliminary indication only. A price becomes real when it is set out in a written proposal signed by both of us. Written proposals are valid for 30 days from their date unless the proposal says otherwise, and we may revise a proposal if conditions found after signing differ materially from what was visible at the time — for example, a substrate that turns out to be unsound once the surface is opened up. If that happens, we will tell you before we proceed and you will decide how to handle it.
The work itself
The scope, materials, schedule, payment terms, warranty, and change-order process for any project are governed by the signed proposal and contract for that project, not by this page. Where these terms and a signed project contract differ, the signed contract controls.
Communications
When you give us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your project and appointments by phone, text, and email. Details on text messaging — including how to stop them — are in our Privacy Policy. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
Photographs, copy, and marks
The photographs, text, layout, and design on this site are ours and are protected by copyright. The Craftman Concrete name and logo are our marks. You may share links to the site freely. You may not copy the photographs or copy for your own commercial use without written permission.
Photographs show completed projects of ours. Concrete is a hand-finished material: color, texture, and aggregate vary between installations, between batches, and with light and time. Photographs illustrate the character of a finish rather than guarantee a match.
Third-party services and links
Our booking calendar, chat widget, and analytics are provided by outside companies, and the site links to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
Availability and accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current to the best of our ability, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or continuously available. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Tennessee law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This limitation applies to the website. It does not limit our obligations under a signed project contract, and it does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Davidson County, Tennessee.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here with the effective date above is the one that applies.
